Customs News 26/10/07 - Notes that New Zealand is going to be part of a new IP agreement http://www.customs.govt.nz/about/News/e_release261007.htm This is based on a report from Europe 22 May 2008 Document is leaked on Wikileaks.org 28 May 2008 New Zealand Associate Commerce Minister Judith Tizard announces that New Zealand will join in the negotiations and calls for submissions 3-4 June 2008 Government representatives from developed nations and strategic developing nation partners met at the US mission in Geneva on to discuss proposals 8 June 2008 OIA request to MED for all documentation regarding ACTA including meeting notes for any conferences attended 9 June 2008 MED respond to say that they "will go through our files and identify what we can disclose to you under the OIA and forward onto you in due course."
